Meet our Founder and Principal
Leila Craig is Head of our HR and Change Function and our inspirational coach. She loves to develop new perspectives and explore possibilities that unlock business improvement. A strong advocate for creating safe and respectful workspaces and is continually sharing templates, tools, policies and conducting research to find new solutions and driving better decisions.
HR is her profession and change is her passion - she is ASSOC CIPD qualified and a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner.
She graduated with a MSc in Human Resource management (merit) from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in 2011. Leila has over 15 years of experience consulting independently on Strategy, Human Resource Management, Training and Development and Change management.
She has over 15 years experience working both offshore and onshore oil and gas industry in a variety of Strategy, Change, GM, HR, Talent, Training and performance coaching roles.

Judging all the inspiring and talented entries from the Women in Business awards was awesome. Learning how women executives solve complex business problems, overcame adversities and inspired others was such a rewarding and humbling experience.
Carib HR Forum2021
Presented key results from our research on Sexual Harassment in the workplace and shared useful tools templates with the audience. Shared our video and had a wonderfully honest and candid conversation around preventing, investigating and dealing with sexual harassment in the Caribbean.

Lee-Ann Pierre
Lee-Ann is a dedicated and passionate educator, always searching for new ways to develop my students, not just in terms of content but in terms of character also. She is also a professional workshop facilitator who contributes to developing passionate educators like herself. She conducts research-based, hands-on fun workshops and I am the manager of the Facebook page 21st Century Educators.
Samantha Duncan
Samantha is a mature and driven professional who is continually growing and expanding her expertise. She holds her Qualtrics Platform Essentials Certificate which she attained through TROCA, her CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Practice, together with an MSc. Environmental Science and Management and a BSc. Physics and Environmental and Natural Resource Management. She has a passion for learning and her experience spans a wide range of various sales, teaching and management roles.
Jonelle Salter
Jonelle Salter of Salter Training and Consulting Limited may be a Mechanical Engineer (BSc) by trade, but she is perhaps more notably our inspirational coach and training associate extraordinaire. She is also the CEO of Salter Training and Consulting Limited.
With over 26 years of energy industry experience, Jonelle is able to extract from her extensive Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) experience to bring a strategic, grounded, and seasoned approach to coaching and professional development.
Jonelle is a qualified Lumina Spark and Lumina Leader coach and is CIPD Qualified, she obtained her Certificate in Learning and Development Practice in 2011. Jonelle is a natural coach who enjoys the development and growth of others and through her Lumina Spark/Leader coaching sessions she loves to see clients learning to lead authentically and develop a greater awareness of themselves and their purpose.
Combining her operational skills and her natural flair for communications her training sessions are clear, engaging, and enjoyable. Salter Training and Consulting Limited are an approved training provider for the following IOSH courses:
